Director of Campus Safety and Clery and Title IX Compliance

Cottey College is seeking a Director of Campus Safety and Clery and Title IX Compliance. Position will provide leadership and training to campus community in the area of safety, health, and compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, and other state and federal laws and regulations as assigned. Bachelor's degree required. 4 – 7 years' experience in health and safety-related work including two years’ in a training or supervisory capacity. Director of Development

Cottey College is seeking a Director of Development who will work closely with the Institutional Advancement team to develop and implement a comprehensive development program, which includes an annual giving program, major gift initiatives, and planned giving efforts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a portfolio of 100-150 donors. Position involves some travel, weekend and evening work. Coordinator of Alumnae Relations

Cottey College is seeking a Coordinator of Alumnae Relations to increase alumnae engagement and support for the mission and goals of Cottey College. In collaboration with the Institutional Advancement team, the Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and directing a number of alumni events, campaigns and stewardship efforts. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, projects and activities. Some travel, weekend and evening work. Head Softball Coach

Cottey College is seeking a women’s softball coach. This position reports to the athletic director and vice president for student life. Responsibilities include all aspects of coaching in a NJCAA Division II Program: Planning, scheduling, and development of a competitive athletic program as well as recruiting, and field preparation and maintenance.

Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree is preferred. Applicants will have a minimum of three years coaching experience. Applicant must have an appreciation for junior college athletics and demonstrate a sincere commitment to women’s education. Must have a valid Missouri Class E driver’s license. Instructional Technology Specialist

Cottey College, a leading liberal arts college for women, invites nominations and applications for the position of Instructional Technology Specialist. This position is responsible for supporting faculty with integrating technology into their courses, supporting faculty with developing web-based instruction for courses using the college’s learning management system and providing knowledgeable guidance to support the campus-wide use of instructional technology.

Admission Representative

Cottey College is seeking an admission representative. Responsibilities focus on recruitment of prospective students. Candidates must possess excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills, event-planning capabilities, and enjoy travel. Bachelor’s degree, computer skills, word-processing, spreadsheet and database software knowledge required. Previous work experience in admissions recommended. Preference given to those who speak fluent Spanish. Responsibilities focus on anticipating current and prospective student needs regarding financial aid.
