The Cottey College Wind Ensemble will present a concert on Sunday, December 2, at 3 p.m., in the Auditorium of the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts.
Cottey students, faculty and community members will perform music from standard marches to holiday favorites. Highlights include Wondrous Love by Greg Danner, Christmas March by Edwin F. Goldman, and Themes from The Nutcracker by P. I. Tchaikovsky arr. by Ed Huckeby. The Wind Ensemble is under the direction of Dr. Jackie Lordo and Prof. Gary Johnson.
The Center for the Arts is located on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
Cottey College Theatre Department presents “The Sweet Science of Bruising”, November 3 and 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Auditorium on the campus of Cottey College.
