The Cottey College Chamber Singers will perform their spring concert on Friday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Missouri Recital Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T is the theme of this concert. The Chamber Singers will pay tribute to Aretha Franklin and other women who have earned respect including Malala Yousafzai, Hildegard von Bingen, and the common woman.
The concert is under the direction of Professor Theresa Spencer.
The Recital Hall is inside the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
Cottey College Theatre Department presents “The Sweet Science of Bruising”, November 3 and 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Auditorium on the campus of Cottey College.
