While the Serenbetz Institute offers ways for Cottey students to experience leadership outside of the classroom, students also have an academic arena to study leadership: Cottey’s organizational leadership programs.

Cottey College offers a BA, minor, and certificate in organizational leadership. These programs give students the opportunity to learn the theoretical aspects of leadership, and to apply the things they learn in their other academic areas of interest. This interdisciplinary approach creates a strong understanding across subjects.
