Full Time Online Learning
Over the course of the summer and the first half of the fall semester, students who presented health or safety concerns have been given the opportunity to request full-time online learning instead of face-to-face instruction. Moving forward, we want to offer learning options that best fit with our students’ needs while balancing the belief that students learn best with face-to-face instruction. In order to maintain this balance the following guidelines have been put in place.
- Effective October 13, no additional students will be approved to move online for the fall term (Post-Thanksgiving learning will still be online for all students as previously announced).
- Except in the case of extraordinary circumstances, no additional students will be approved to study fully online in the spring term.
- Students approved to be online during the fall semester must contact Dr. Joann Bangs by November 1 to discuss options for the spring semester.
- Students who plan to travel on the international experience will be required to be on campus for the spring term.
Students who have questions need to reach out to the Academic Affairs office. Contact Dr. Joann Bangs at email@example.com or 417-667-6333 ext. 2128.
