Cottey College confers associate and bachelor’s degrees. Bachelor’s degrees conferred include Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. Associate degrees include Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in Arts-Music, Associate in Fines Arts-Art, Associate in Fine Arts-Dance, and Associate in Fine Arts-Theatre.
Forty-nine students received a bachelor’s degree and 33 students received an associate degree in 2019.

Cottey College was established in 1884 by Virginia Alice Cottey, a Missouri teacher who dreamed of helping women receive higher education. The College is owned and supported by the P.E.O. Sisterhood, an international philanthropic organization focused on education for women. This support keeps Cottey strong and gives it the ability to change to meet the needs of today’s students.
