JONATHAN GREEN, PH.D.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ENGLISH
Dr. Green earned his Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Arkansas. His research focuses on investigating writing as a skill that can be practiced and improved upon similarly to other skills such as sports and music.
Dr. Green co-directs the writing program and teaches courses in first-year writing, professional writing, rhetoric, composition, and writing center studies. He also serves as director of the Cottey College Writing Center and the faculty sponsor for the Sigma Kappa Delta English honor society.
