Full ArticleThe Cottey-in-Motion (Co-Motion) Dance Company will present its fall concert on Friday, November 17, at 8 p.m., and on Saturday, November 18, at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts. The concert is free and no tickets are required.
With a theme of “Games We Play,” the dances in this concert reflect games and sports we play, including the big parachute and scooters from elementary school, Twister, baseball, basketball, football, running the “rat” race, and mental games. Music used for the dances includes Cake, The Utah Saints, Chris Isaack, Alan Parsons Project, Pink Martini, Drehz, and House of Pain.
The Center for the Arts is on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
