Cottey music and dance faculty members, Jo Byrnes, Amanda Cook, Debbie Fast, Peggy Graves, Theresa Spencer, and Jenna Wurtzberger will present a collaborative recital on Sunday, January 21, at 3 p.m. in the Missouri Recital Hall. Featuring dance, vocal music, the piano and clarinet, faculty members will perform music from women composers Amy Beach, Pauline Viardot Garcia, Flicka Rahn, and Alice Mary Smith, as well as piano pieces by Samuel Barber and Frédéric Chopin.
The recital is free and no tickets are required.
The Recital Hall is located inside the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
