Experience New York City at one of its most magical times of year, just before Thanksgiving, when the city begins to glow with the energy of the holiday season and Broadway is at its very best.
This unforgettable trip places you in the heart of Manhattan, where you will enjoy two Broadway performances, exclusive theater experiences, and opportunities to connect with the stories and people behind the stage. As a special highlight, the group will attend the iconic Radio City Christmas Spectacular, a beloved holiday tradition that captures the spirit of the season.
Beyond the stage, you will take in the sights, sounds, and festive charm of the city as it transitions into the holidays. With a blend of guided experiences and free time to explore, this trip offers the perfect balance of culture, excitement, and flexibility.
Please note: You will traverse the city like a local on this tour, so please be prepared for a lot of walking, including up and down stairs to the subway platform. While all of the walking will not be at once, you should anticipate walking 10,000+ steps each day.
Itinerary
DAY 1, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11: (D)
Arrive in New York City, check in to the hotel, welcome dinner, and an evening introduction to the Theater District with time to take in the lights and energy of Times Square.
DAY 2, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12: (B, L, D)
Broadway-focused experiences including a behind-the-scenes look at the industry, time to explore nearby landmarks and seasonal markets, and an evening Broadway performance followed by a special performer meet and greet.
DAY 3, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13: (B, L, D)
Guided visits to notable cultural sites and iconic New York locations, an interactive session with a Broadway professional, time to relax or explore on your own, and a second Broadway show in the evening.
DAY 4, SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14: (B, L, D)
Exploration of Midtown highlights including Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, free time for shopping, sightseeing, or visiting additional landmarks, and a farewell dinner to close the trip.
DAY 5, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15: (B)
Breakfast and departure from New York City.

Price:
$3,750 (must be paid in full by August 1, 2026)
Pricing Includes:
-All meals included on the itinerary (11 total meals).
-Double room accommodations at Belvedere Hotel.
-All activities and tickets mentioned in the itinerary.
-Tour Manager to manage travel logistics and provide educational commentary.
Not Included in the Pricing:
-Airfare or transportation to and from New York City.
-Alcoholic drinks during meals.
Additional Option:
-Single Room Accommodation is an additional $1,000 fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Due to how far out the trip is being planned and ticket prices fluctuating over time, we can’t yet say which Broadway shows we will be attending. Participants will attend two broadway shows, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and enjoy a meet and greet with a Broadway performer.
Registration will close on May 1, 2026 or when the trip is full.
Yes, all participants must be at least 21 years old before the date of departure.
