Enjoy New York City up close. This trip is designed to give you a true feel for the city, blending iconic highlights with insider access, all from your home base in the heart of the Theater District.
The week centers around Broadway, with two live performances, a behind-the-scenes talkback with a performer, and opportunities to engage with the craft and community that make New York theater so special. You will also attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, a signature New York experience that captures the excitement of the season.
Beyond the stage, you will move through the city the way New Yorkers do by subway, on foot, and through its neighborhoods. Ride the Roosevelt Island Tram for sweeping skyline views, explore Central Park and Fifth Avenue, and experience cultural landmarks like the Museum of Broadway and Lincoln Center.
This trip is intentionally designed with a steady pace and a sense of movement, balanced with time to explore on your own. Whether you want to shop, visit additional attractions, or simply take in the atmosphere, you will have space to make the experience your own.
Please note: This is an active, city-based experience. Participants should expect significant walking each day, frequent use of public transportation, and navigating stairs in subway stations. Daily activity levels typically exceed 10,000 steps.
Itinerary
Day 1, Tuesday, November 2 (D)
Arrive in New York City and settle into your hotel before heading out for a welcome dinner and an evening walking tour of the Theater District, including Times Square and iconic Broadway landmarks.
Day 2, Wednesday, November 3 (B, L)
Enjoy breakfast before visiting the museums and the Frick Collection, with lunch on the Upper East Side and an evening Broadway performance.
Day 3, Thursday, November 4 (B, L, D)
Start the day with breakfast and a visit to the Museum of Broadway, followed by lunch and time to explore Bryant Park’s holiday market and the New York Public Library, then dinner, a Broadway show, and a performer meet and greet.
Day 4, Friday, November 5 (B, L, D)
After breakfast, take in skyline views from the Roosevelt Island Tram, enjoy lunch near Lincoln Center, experience a guided tour of the performing arts complex, and conclude the evening with dinner at Gayles’s Broadway Rose and a Broadway performer talkback.
Day 5, Saturday, November 6 (B, L, D)
Begin with breakfast before attending the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, then explore Rockefeller Center, Little Italy, the Flatiron District, and Herald Square before a farewell dinner and free time in Times Square.
Day 6, Sunday, November 7 (B)
Wrap up your trip with a final breakfast together before departures.

Price:
$3,950 (must be paid in full by July 1, 2027)
Pricing Includes:
-All meals included on the itinerary (13 total meals).
-Double room accommodations at Belvedere Hotel.
-All activities and tickets mentioned in the itinerary.
-Tour Manager to manage travel logistics and provide educational commentary.
Not Included in the Pricing:
-Airfare or transportation to and from New York City.
-Alcoholic drinks during meals.
Additional Option:
-Single Room Accommodation is an additional $1,500 fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Due to how far out the trip is being planned and ticket prices fluctuating over time, we can’t yet say which Broadway shows we will be attending. Participants will attend two broadway shows, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and enjoy a meet and greet with a Broadway performer.
Registration will close on April 1, 2027 or when the trip is full.
Yes, all participants must be at least 21 years old before the date of departure.
