After obtaining his Bachelors degree, Griffin serves as the Assistant Technical Director where he supports the technical aspects of theatre productions. He has served as stage manager, shop director, and sound designer during his time in educational theatre.

Griffin has also worked with Broadway touring groups to host national tours for shows like Annie, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Addams Family.
