Itinerary

DAY 1, SATURDAY, JULY 25: OVERNIGHT FLIGHT

Depart from the USA.

DAY 2, SUNDAY, JULY 26: MUNICH

Arrive in Munich, meet your Tour Manager and begin to explore the capital of Bavaria.

DAY 3, MONDAY, JULY 27: MUNICH

The word Gemütlichkeit means coziness, hospitality, warmth and welcome. Dive right into this Bavarian way of thinking with an expertly guided sightseeing tour to sites like Marienplatz with its famed Glockenspiel, the Viktualienmarkt food and flower market and the surfers on the Isar River in the Englischer Garten. You will also drive by the Olympic Park. End your tour with a visit to Nymphenburg Palace and the Carriage Museum.

DAY 4, TUESDAY, JULY 28: MUNICH

Free day! Optional excursions will be available for those who are interested.

DAY 5, WEDNESDAY, JULY 29: PRAGUE

This morning depart for the lovely city Regensburg whose medieval town center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend the afternoon exploring the city and enjoying lunch on your own. You will find the 12th-century Stone Bridge, a 310m-long icon with 16 arches, which crosses the river to the old town and the 13th-century Regensburg Cathedral. Continue on to lovely Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.

DAY 5, THURSDAY, JULY 30: PRAGUE

Prague is one of Europe’s most beautiful cities as you’ll see during a guided sightseeing tour. A local expert will show us the quaint Malá Strana (Czech for “Lesser Quarter,” named for its location at the foot of Prague’s ancient castle) and the graceful Charles Bridge, built during the 14th century. We’ll also visit the fortress-like Hradcany Castle complex, perched high above the city. This evening, we’ll wander the checkerboard, cobblestone streets of the medieval Old Town to watch the street performers in the main square.

DAY 6, FRIDAY, JULY 31: PRAGUE

Free day with a farewell dinner in the evening. Optional excursions will be available for those who are interested.

DAY 7, SATURDAY, AUGUST 1: DEPARTURE

This itinerary is tentative and may change prior to the trip.

Excursion information will be provided closer to departure.

Pricing:

$5,950 including flights (must depart from Kansas City)

$4,800 book flights on your own and meet the group in Munich

Payment:

$1,000 refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Refund must be requested by January 1, 2026.

All final payments are due by March 1, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

We would recommend that you choose the book your own flights option. This would allow for you to have the most control over your itinerary and give the most flexibility. You would plan to meet with the group in Munich on Sunday, July 26 and then depart for your next destination on Saturday, August 1.

Seats are booked in Economy. Passengers can request upgrades. In order to request an upgrade, the passenger will email: accounts@acis.com with their name, and trip id, and will need to be very specific if they want first class, business, premium, or just main cabin extra. It is not a guarantee that it will be available on the flight, and won’t be confirmed until flights are all locked in and confirmed, but usually they able to be accommodated. The additional charge will be billed to the passenger.

Registration will close on March 1, 2026 or when the trip is full.

Yes, all participants must be at least 21 years old before the date of departure.
