The Cottey College Department of Music will host an instrumental music concert on Sunday, December 8, at 3 p.m., in the Auditorium of the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts. The performance is free and no tickets are required.
The Cottey College Wind Ensemble, featuring Cottey students, faculty, and community members will perform Flint Shards, a recently commissioned piece by Daniel Morel, and several holiday favorites. The Wind Ensemble is under the direction of Dr. Jackie Lordo and Prof. Gary Johnson.
The Center for the Arts is located on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
