Cottey On Broadway
June 24 – June 29, 2025
Join us for a theatre enthusiast’s dream! Spend five nights enjoying New York theatre and the best that the city has to offer. As part of this trip, participants will attend two Broadway shows, get a guided walking tour of the theatre district, and enjoy a meet-and-greet with a Broadway performer.
The tour will be guided by a theatre professional and long-time Manhattan resident, who will give an expert perspective on New York City. In addition to theatre, participants will tour many iconic places in New York, including the Brooklyn Bridge, the Museum of the City of New York, Grand Central Station, Central Park, the 911 Memorial, and more!
Please note: You will traverse the city like a local on this tour, so please be prepared for a lot of walking, including up and down stairs to the subway platform. While all of the walking will not be at once, you should anticipate walking 5+ miles (10,000+ steps) each day.
Itinerary
DAY 1, TUESDAY, JUNE 24: (D)
Arrive at Belvedere Hotel, Dinner at Katz’s Delicatessen, Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.
DAY 2, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25: (B, L)
Breakfast, Museum of the City of New York, Lunch at Amura, Grand Central Station, NY Public Library, and Broadway Show.
DAY 3, THURSDAY, JUNE 26: (B, L, D)
Breakfast, Hudson Yards, Chelsea Market, Lunch at Dos Caminos, Greenwich Village & Blue Note Jazz Club, Dinner at John’s Pizzeria, Broadway Show, and Performer Meet and Greet.
DAY 4, FRIDAY, JUNE 27: (B, L, D)
Breakfast, Central Park Walking Tour & carousel ride, Lunch at Sweet Green, MoMA (The Museum of Modern Art), Dinner at Wagamama, Radio City, Rockefeller Center, and St. Patrick’s.
DAY 5, SATURDAY, JUNE 28: (B, L, D)
Breakfast, 911 Memorial, Trinity Church (Hamilton’s gravesite), Ghostbuster Headquarters, SOHO, Lunch at Da Nico’s in Little Italy, Chinatown, Macy’s, Dinner at Sardi’s and free time to explore Times Square.
DAY 6, SUNDAY, JUNE 29:
Depart New York.
Included meals are indicated in parenthesis next to the corresponding day.

Pricing and Additional Information
Price:
$3,500
Pricing Includes:
-All meals included on the itinerary (12 total meals).
-Double room accommodations at Belvedere Hotel.
-All activities and tickets mentioned in the itinerary.
-Tour Manager to manage travel logistics and provide educational commentary.
Not Included in the Pricing:
-Airfare or transportation to and from New York City.
-Alcoholic drinks during meals.
Additional Option:
-Single Room Accommodation is an additional $1,000 fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Due to how far out the trip is being planned and ticket prices fluctuating over time, we can’t yet say which Broadway shows we will be attending. Participants will attend two shows and enjoy a meet and greet with a Broadway performer.
Registration will close on October 18, 2024 or when the trip is full.
