Cakes for Cottey
Treat a suite or delight a student with a cake! Members of P.E.O. Chapter DW, Nevada, Missouri, are ready to bake! For $25, you can choose either a frosted 9 X 13 rectangular cake or an angel food cake to be delivered to Cottey for a birthday, a holiday, or other special occasion.

To request a cake, contact Cindy Wynn by email at wynncindy1950@icloud.com or by telephone at 417-684-7304. Mail your check, payable to Chapter DW, along with this completed order form to Cindy Wynn, 173 Country Club Drive, Nevada, MO 64772.
Please include the following information:
- Student’s name
- For Birthday Cakes – Student’s Birth Date
- For Special Occasion Cakes – Date Cake is to be delivered
- Student’s residence hall
- Type of cake (9×13 or angel food)
- Cake flavor (chocolate, white, or anything else-if we can get it, we will do it!)
- Frosting flavor
- Message to student for enclosure card
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number or e-mail address
