Complaint Resolution for Online Classes
At Cottey College, we want you to have the best educational experience possible. If you have a complaint about an online course, please use this form to submit your concern. Your concern will be logged, and you will receive a reply within five business days. Cottey College desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an efficient, fair and amicable manner.
If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development by contacting Joshua Fischer, Program Specialist (Joshua.Fischer@dhewd.mo.gov; 573-522-1377).
