ELIZABETH VERKLAN, PH.D.
Assistant Professor of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies
Professor Verklan is the Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Dr. Verklan received her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in gender and women’s studies, and her BA in philosophy and gender and women’s studies from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
In addition to her teaching and program work, Dr. Verklan is currently completing her book, Seeing Labor (under contract with the University of Illinois Press).
